WELD SEAM INSPECTION
Efficient quality assurance starts with precise control: our optical weld seam inspection based on state-of-the-art 2D and 3D inspection systems finds the seam and detects defects such as pores, cracks, offsets and penetration notches in real time – contactless, highly precise and reliable. The technology not only provides an exact height profile of the weld seam, but also enables fully automated evaluation and display directly on the production line.
